Aeons (2019-2020)
For Cello, Piano, and Percussion
Commissioned by Dutch Golden Collectionand the Fund for the Performing Arts
In 2016 percussion player Konstantyn Napolov approached Robin de Raaff for engaging in their very dynamic Dutch Golden Collection "Aeons" project to commemorate Van Gogh's 130th deathday.
The initial grand tour in 2019-2020 was canceled because of the COVID-19 epidemic, but the ensemble picked up their performing engagements as soon as the restrictions were canceled.
